Troubleshooting

If you joined our mailing list but haven't received any messages - not even a 'Welcome' message - please check your email address and try again. Most subscription failures are caused by mis-typed addresses.

If you want to unsubscribe, but can't remember which email address you used for subscribing, dig out your 'Welcome' message. The email address will be in the header, for example:
